The purpose of the RBHS PTO is to serve as a resource to parents and staff to enhance the opportunities available to our students.  This is accomplished through developing, coordinating, and implementing a variety of programs and events.  These programs and events are divided into four general categories:  Student Enrichment and Recognition, Teacher/Staff Support, Communication/Information, and Community Outreach.  None of these programs are possible without the ongoing commitment of time, talent, and funds provided by the PTO members and community.  The PTO strives to promote and encourage participation by offering a variety of opportunities to become involved including participating in events, attending meetings, and by providing ongoing communication of school related issues.
